Mark Miller joined Hamister Group, LLC as Vice President Operations, Hotels in July 2016.
Miller has more than 15 years of experience in hospitality operations management.
He previously served as Pillar Hotels & Resort’s Regional Director of Operations from 2008 to 2009, then as Vice President from 2010 to 2016. As Vice President he was responsible for the driving results of 40-60 hotels at any given time. Company-wide, he helped build the training department and oversaw strategic services like Task Force personnel and guest service support.
Before Pillar Hotels & Resorts, he was Regional Director of Operations from 2003-2008 for TMI Hospitality.
He graduated in 1999 from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Business Administration and Management.
