Brenda Ackley
Vice President of Operations, Healthcare
Brenda Ackley joined Hamister Group, LLC in March of 2022. She is responsible for the Hamister Group, LLC Healthcare Operations Division.
Ackley has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare operations management. She previously served as General Physician, PC Director of Clinical Operation from 2016 to 2018, then as Director of Oncology Operations, Great Lakes Cancer Care Collaborative from 2018 to 2022. As the Director she was responsible for integrating programs across a large organization that consisted of hospital, ambulatory care, and home care settings. Effectively collaborated and partnered with administrative and clinical senior leadership. Developed strategic business plans to expand community competition and created the structure for new initiatives.
Before General Physician, PC, she was the Administrator of WNY Immediate Care from September 2011 to September 2016. The Area Executive Director at Emeritus Senior Living from September 2003 to September 2011. The Administrator of Elderwood Skilled Nursing Facility from September 2000 to September 2003.
She graduated from Xavier University in 2000 with a M.A. in Health Services Administration and from Fredonia University in 1997 with a B.A. in Health Services Administration.
