HAMISTER GROUP LISTED AS ONE OF THE NATION’S FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES

The Hamister Group, LLC was once again named by Inc. Magazine as one of the nation’s fastest growing companies. The company was ranked 4883 out of the top 5000 fastest growing companies, and as the 370th fastest growing healthcare company. The Hamister Group had a 9% growth rate over the last three years, and total revenue of $51,000,000 in 2011 . The Hamister Group, Inc. has been included on the list consistently since 1986, and was admitted to the Inc. Magazine Hall of Fame in 1991 after five consecutive years of being on the Inc. 500/5000 list.

Chairman and CEO Mark Hamister was the subject of a feature article in Inc. Magazine as a top CEO in 2000. This year The Hamister Group, LLC was recognized by Buffalo Business First as a Best Places to Work finalist, as one of the Fastest - Growing Companies in Western New York, and has received numerous other national and local awards throughout the company’s 35 - year history. Also this year, Mr. Hamister was recognized as a Top Healthcare Professional in Western New York, and as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Leaders in Western New York.

In 2011, the Hamister Group, LLC announced plans to purchase the historic Tishman Building on Lafayette Square in downtown Buffalo and to redevelop it into a mixed-use destination featuring a hotel, office space, apartments, and a restaurant. Also, in the spring of 2012 the Hamister Group, LLC was named the preferred developer for the vacant land at 310 Rainbow Boulevard in Niagara Falls, NY, based on their plan for an upscale mixed-use building that would include a hotel, residential units, and ground floor retail space along Old Falls Street.
