Williamsville, N. Y. – September 21, 2005  - Hamister Hospitality Group, LLC is pleased to announce the purchase of its second hotel in the last thirty days: the 75-rrom Louisville Sleep Inn, located at 3330 Preston Highway, Gate 6, at the State Fairgrounds, in Louisville, Kentucky.  

In making the announcement, Mark E. Hamister, Chairman and CEO of the hotel’s management company, The Hamister Group, Inc. said that “our commitment to this market includes an important element of our Company’s Vision --- that is to exceed  our customers’ expectations.”  The first order of business will be to work with the quality staff at the hotel to ensure that our programs of superior customer service are a priority for all of our co-workers.

The Hamister Group, Inc. will be the manager of the property.  Mark Hamister is the majority shareholder/managing member of each of the companies.  However, the companies are not otherwise related.
